Comment period extended for Plumas snowmobile plan

The comment period for the Plumas National Forest Over-snow Vehicle Use Designation Project has been extended, with a new comment period end date of March 1, 2019. The previous comment period expired on Jan. 24, 2019, during the government shutdown. This is the second comment period extension.

Two open houses have also been rescheduled. The new dates are:

  • Feb. 26, 2019 at the Graeagle Fire Hall, 7620 Hwy 89, from 4 to 6 pm.
  • Feb. 27, 2019 in Oroville at the Southside Oroville Community Center, 2959 Lower Wyandotte Road from 4 to 6 p.m.
